The first use of a Video iPod in a PR campaign

This is a little hazy as I’m not a subscriber to PR Week, but it’s reporting that the GM division of motor company Saturn has been using a Video iPod to help publications visualise its offerings.
Now, after a little Googling, I’ve found that Adrants received one of the iPods, along with other promotional stuff, from GM’s PR agency, Webber Shandwick. So it looks like they’ve been sending the iPod with videos of the vehicle to various publications.
Not a bad idea. Although my headline could be wrong, I’ve never heard of the Video iPod being used this way before.
